Achieve new levels of transfection efficiency with Redoxica's DINOFECT™ DNA Transfection Reagent, a potent and highly effective, ready-to-use, non-toxic, high-throughput next generation cationic polymer based transfection reagent optimized for direct application to transfect a broad range of primary cell lines and other cell lines in adherent and in suspension. DINOFECT™ non-liposomal reagent free of animal-derived components, filtered through a 0.2 μm (micron) sterile ensuring low cytotoxic effects resulting in physiologically relevant data and high stability in the presence and absence of serum while also showing higher transfection efficiency in common cell lines when compared to competitors. Key characteristics associated with DNA condensation and endosomal release greatly improves transfection efficiency.

DINOFECT™ Transfection Reagent is multi-component, serum-resistant (exceptionally stable in serum) reagent that forms a complex with DNA allowing for the subsequent transportation of the complex into animal or plant cells. This complex can be added directly into a complete cell medium and assayed for transfection efficiency within 24-72 hrs within the additional hassle of exchanging the media. As a transfection that does not require exchanging media, it is ideal for high-throughput transfection. To prevent cell death and negligible cytotoxicity, the reagent has be designed to be non-toxic allowing for a > 90% cell survival rate when experimentation is carried out as per the accompanying protocol. DINOFECT™ is a cost-effective solution for transient and stable co-transfections and requires only minute amounts of DNA in addition to its suitability for use with the same medium post-transfection. DINOFECT™ may be utilized in a wide range of cell culture and analysis applications.
