Dulbecco's Phosphate-Buffered Saline (1X DPBS)
Ultrapure, 1X ready-to-use solution, without Ca and Mg, sterile-filtered, endotoxin tested, cell culture grade, pH: 7.4 (Range 7.2 - 7.5)
HEPES Buffer Solution, ultra pure, 1M in H2O, pH: 7.3 (Range: 7.2-7.4), 0.2 µm (micron) Sterile Filtered, Cell Culture Grade, Certified Endotoxin Tested (<0.1 EU/ML)
HEPES (4-(2-hydroxyethyl)-1-piperazineethanesulfonic acid) is one among twenty Good's buffers which is a zwitterionic organic chemical designed to function as a buffering agent. HEPES is very commonly utilized in a range of cell culture and molecular biology applications mainly due to its superior ability to maintain physiological pH in comparison to bicarbonate buffers despite changes in CO2 concentrations produced during cellular respiration.
Redoxica's HEPES Buffer Solution provides superior buffering capacity as compared to other brands and is well suited for cell culture and molecular biology applications. Extensive quality control measures were conducted including testing for endotoxin levels, mycoplasma, sterility, and other impurities to establish Redoxica as the gold standard for ultra pure, reliable HEPES Buffer Solution. Redoxica's HEPES is manufactured in a state-of-the-art ISO 13485 medical device certified facility, in the United States of America.
